Rosarita is a by product of gold refining. When gold ore is melted down, the gold sinks to the bottom leaving Rosarita at the top. This stone is essentially a gold-infused glass. Due to the improved efficiency of gold refining, the by product is now a clear glass like material, making Rosarita harder and harder to find. Rosarita is said to represent the heart and throat chakras, and worn to help clearly express one’s emotions.

Bolo ties date back to the early 1900s when they became widely worn amongst the Native American tribes and Western culture.
