Bumblebee Jasper is formed in the cracks of the land containing many minerals, and volcanic ash! The process begins in an active volcano, therefore, making it pretty rare. It has said to carry properties related to transformation, courage, opportunity, and strength.
Hatpins emerged in the late Victorian era and early 20th century. They were worn by women at a time when women were starting to seek independence outside of the home and were often unaccompanied by a man. They served as a weapon when needed, and a fashion statement when not needed for protection. The law stated that they were not to be longer than 9″, however, police officers were unwilling to approach women wearing hatpins, thus the law could not necessarily be enforced. Today we wear hatpins more as an accessory to the fashion hats that have become trendy in recent years.
This hatpin is the perfect addition to any hat, be it on a male or female. The yellow and black Jasper give it a neutral vibe for anybody on your list! It can be used to accessorize any hat, be it western or modern.
